I have gained experience through a variety of job roles over the past 30 years since my career began that has given me a deeper level of understanding in my work as a Psychotherapist & Counsellor.

From the start of my career, I have focused on enabling growth, change and empowerment of individuals and groups. Working with the NHS as Social Prescribing Link Worker, Cruse Bereavement as a bereavement counsellor and Macmillan as a Cancer Support Coordinatorhas provided me with a wealth of knowledge and understanding of a wide range of issues.

Within all my roles I had the privilege of working with individual clients, their friends, families and care givers identifying their needs whilst working with support services in their local communities.

The wealth of experience I have gained combined with my professional diploma in psychotherapeutic counselling practice enables me to offer tailored therapy to meet individuals needs and lifestyle whilst working with a person-centred approach.
